Dr. Sheridyn Breedlove

Dr. Breedlove has been practicing pediatrics in the Birmingham area for over 20 years. After growing up in Iowa and Oklahoma, she went to Harding University in Arkansas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS degree in Biochemistry. She then attended and graduated medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her pediatric residency at UAB and the Children's Hospital of Alabama. In 2007, she and Dr. Lillian Israel founded Acton Road Pediatrics. Dr. Breedlove is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She and her husband, David, an architect, have three children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and their three rescue dogs. She also enjoys cooking, sewing, and traveling.

Dr. Lisa Frees

Dr. Lisa Frees grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended Our Lady of the Lake College where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology. She attended Louisiana State University Shreveport School of Medicine graduating summa cum laude. She completed her Pediatric Residency at UAB and Children’s Hospital of Alabama. She is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to Jeff, a software developer, and they have one child. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.

Dr. Alison McAfee

Dr. McAfee is an Alabama native and graduated, with honors, with degree in Biology from Spelman College in Georgia.  She attended medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at UAB and Children’s Hospital of Alabama. Dr. McAfee is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. She and her husband, Micah, have two children.

Dr. Tiffany Moore

Dr. Moore grew up in Clanton, AL and attended Birmingham-Southern College for her undergraduate education, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned her medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her pediatrics residency at Children's of Alabama. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to William, an endocrinologist, and they have two young children. She enjoys hiking, cooking, participating in activities with her church, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
