- Your Acton Road Pediatrics physician will want to see your child at specific time frames beginning as new born. We will want to see your child at 2 months of age, 4 months of age, 6 months of age, 9 months of age, 12 months of age, 15 months of age, 18 months of age, 2 years of age and annually until age 18. It is imperative to your child’s health that you instill in them a routine for proper health care.
- We are happy to see your child outside of these routine appointments. We will do our best to accommodate you on the same day should your child become ill. Except for emergencies, patients will be seen by appointment only.
- Copays, deductibles, and/or balances are due at the time of service.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday 8a-5p. If your child experiences a health emergency you may call our office to speak with a trained Pediatrics Triage Nurse at PHIL (Pediatric Health Information Line at Children’s Hospital). These specially trained nurses will provide information and advice. Each call is documented and sent to us the next business day. Because of the high cost of providing this service we ask that you limit these calls for TRUE EMERGENCIES that cannot safely wait until the next business day. Acton Road Pediatrics reserves the right to charge $10.00 for non-urgent calls.
- Our physicians and staff will be happy to assist you with completion of various school forms, etc. There is a fee associated with the completion of forms.
- NO-SHOW POLICY – if you miss your appointment and did not call us within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule you will be charged $25.00
